HCS SCS SB 515 -- RECORDERS OF DEEDS

This bill sets a standard format for documents which are
recorded by a county recorder of deeds.  The new standard format
also applies to the Recorder of Deeds for the City of St.
Louis.  The bill allows an additional filing fee of $25 for
items that do not meet the standard format requirements.
